Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Appsademia (appsademia.com), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Appsademia is an online learning platform providing:

  • Access to 8 modules and 48 lessons in text format.
  • 15 downloadable templates (PDF, Excel and Notion).
  • 10 real app case studies.
  • Interactive tools (cost calculator, stack recommender).
  • Content available in English and Spanish.

3. Account Access

To access paid content you must create an account using your email address or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted under it. You may not share your access with third parties.

4. Payment and Lifetime Access

The current price is €79 (one-time payment), with no subscription. This payment grants you lifetime access to the content available at the time of purchase and all future updates to the same course at no additional cost.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please review the course contents and free preview module before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, contact us at hi@appsademia.com and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All Appsademia content (lessons, templates, case studies, tools, text and code) is owned by Appsademia and protected by copyright. You may use the content for your personal and professional use, but you may not:

  • Redistribute, sell or sublicense the course content.
  • Publish or publicly share lesson content.
  • Use the content to create competing products or services.

7. Acceptable Use

By using Appsademia you agree not to:

  • Share login credentials with other people.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted parts of the platform.
  • Use the service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
  • Scrape or automatically extract content from the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Appsademia is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results from using the course. Success in building an app depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Appsademia be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice. In the event of permanent service discontinuation, we will refund a proportional amount to users with active access.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any rights you may have as an EU consumer.
